When in drought, call the beavers

While pursuing my M.A. in Environmental Journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder, I helped film, edit, and narrate a short documentary on beaver reintroduction efforts in Colorado.

Beaver reintroduction and restoration can help with some of the West's most profound water problems, both in terms of quantity and quality. A trial program is underway at Caribou Ranch in Boulder County.

In 2020, this documentary was nominated for a NATAS Heartland Chapter Emmy in the Student Production: Short-Form Non-Fiction category.
